MBE Sheffield is pleased to be able to offer a document collection service and despatch by courier (UPS, FedEx Parcelforce Worldwide or DHL) to any destination worldwide. The Home Office has six different document issuing buildings in Sheffield and over five thousand staff. Please read the following notes.
It will be necessary for you to contact your case officer and (provided the documents are ready for collection) set a time, date and location for us to collect your documents. You must do this as unfortunately we are not permitted to make these arrangements directly with the Home Office. Please note that MBE do not require Home Office staff to sign when releasing your documents. The Collection fee is £20 and the freight cost will vary according to which courier is used. Once your package has been collected, measured and weighed we will explain the various options so that you may choose. Please communicate by email whenever possible (please do not telephone us unless absolutely necessary). Once we have collected your documents and they are ready for despatch, we will contact you for payment.
