Promotional Code Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions ("Promotional Terms") apply to the use of discount codes provided by Mail Boxes Etc. (UK) Limited ("MBE", "we", "us", "our") as part of our abandoned basket recovery programme. By using a promotional code, you agree to be bound by these terms in addition to our mailbox terms (https://www.mbe.co.uk/mailbox/terms-conditions).
1. Eligibility and Usage
1.1. Promotional codes are valid only for the specific mailbox rental service (Personal, Business, or Registered Office) identified in the original email communication. 1.2. Offers are available to new customers only and are restricted to one use per person, household, or business entity. 1.3. To redeem an offer, the specific code provided (e.g. SOHO10, LTD25) must be entered at the point of checkout on the MBE UK website.
2. Exclusions and Limitations
2.1. No Combination of Offers: Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotion, or introductory offer (including, but not limited to, the 20% annual pre-payment discount). 2.2. Service Exclusions: Discounts apply only to the recurring rental fee of the mailbox service. They do not apply to:
- One-off Registration/ID Validation fees (£30.00).
- Refundable security deposits for mail forwarding.
- Physical key fees or 24-hour access setup charges.
- Top-up payments for mail forwarding postage and handling. 2.3. Codes are non-transferable and have no cash alternative.
3. Validity and Duration
3.1. Each promotional code is time-limited. The expiry date is typically 24 to 48 hours from the time the recovery email was sent, as specified in the email text. 3.2. We reserve the right to withdraw, amend, or extend a promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to the fair treatment of customers who have already participated.
4. Availability
4.1. All services are subject to availability at the selected participating MBE store. 4.2. While we make every effort to ensure mailbox numbers are reserved for the duration of the recovery sequence, a reservation is not guaranteed until payment is confirmed and ID verification is completed.
5. Right to Recall
5.1. MBE reserves the right to decline a promotional code or cancel a service if we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity, an attempt to bypass eligibility criteria, or a technical error in the application of the discount.
