OneDrop is a personal click and collect service designed to allow you to have parcels from any retailer delivered to us, for you to collect whenever convenient.

OneDrop is the ideal cure for your online shopping headaches. No more queueing at the sorting office, taking time off work to wait for a delivery or worrying whether your 'safe place' is safe enough!

OneDrop benefits include:

  • Secure, confidential and safe – held until you collect
  • Easy access – we’re open 6 days a week
  • Notification – via email 
  • Returns handling – we’re logistics experts after all!

 

There are three service options:

  • OneDrop Standard* is a perfect choice for occasional parcel deliveries. The ideal click and collect solution, it lets you take control of your options when shopping online.
  • OneDrop Personal* is based on our Personal mailbox solution, so it's also a personal mailing address. That means you can have all your mail and any other parcels - including signed-for and special deliveries - delivered to your own numbered mailbox.
  • OneDrop Student* offers many of the benefits of OneDrop Personal, a virtual address - at a special annual price only for students.
*Subject to availability. Please note that whilst your OneDrop Standard deposit is non-refundable, it remains valid for 12 months which should be ample time to receive 10 packages, mail or parcels for personal online purchases.
