We can offer a local collection service for large items, or packages may be dropped off directly at our stores.
If you need to get documents or other materials printed, we can provide a remote copying service. This may be useful if you have run out of ink in your home printer.

If you have purchased at a recent Auction House sale, or you plan to bid at a forthcoming ‘online only’ sale, we can take instructions to collect, and provide a cost for collecting, packing and shipping any lots won, to your nominated address.

We are continuing to receive post and parcels for mailbox rental customers and mail can be collected during our opening hours.

UK Authorities have formally confirmed that Mail Boxes Etc Portsmouth, is exempt from the Government guidance on business closures, provided Government rules on Social Distancing are upheld.
This reflects our role as a postal services operator.
In line with this we are currently open on a weekday basis (albeit on restricted opening times) for the following:
Mail and Courier deliveries are still being received and customers can collect these during opening times. 24 hour access is still available by using your key fob.
For customers who normally collect their mail and are now unable to collect in person we are offering a mail forwarding service. We will only charge for the postage for this service. The usual handling fee is not being charged during this lockdown period.
ESSENTIAL COURIER SERVICES
Courier services (FedEx, UPS, DHL, Parcelforce & TNT) continue to operate, with services available from our store.
We can still take instructions and continue to liaise with Auctioneers regarding likely collection dates
PRINT & COPY
We can still provide a remote printing and finishing service. Email your file and instructions to us and we can deliver back to you by post or courier.
We are unable to offer any 'on demand' photocopying, printing, binding or laminating services.
