COVID 19 - CUSTOMER UPDATE EFFECTIVE 6th SEPTEMBER 2021


In line with easing of lockdown restrictions,  we have now extended our opening hours to 

Monday - Thursday : 9:00 - 17:00

Friday : 9:00 - 16:00 

Sat & Sun : Closed 

Customer and Staff Safety 

The safety of our staff and customers are paramount, therefore: 

  • Only 2 Customers will be allowed in the Store at any one time.
  • Although not compulsory, we would prefer you to wear a mask when entering the store. 

PRINT & COPY CUSTOMERS 

Where possible, please could you email your requirements prior to collection so we can have it ready for you on arrival.

Customers wishing to email documents from their phone, must do this prior to arriving at the store. 

MAILBOX CUSTOMERS

Mail and Courier deliveries are still being received and customers can collect these during opening times. 24-hour access is still available by using your key fob.

For those who are unable to collect their mail, the mail forwarding service continues to be available. 

COURIER SERVICES 

Courier services (FedEx, UPS, DHL, Parcelforce Worldwide & TNT)  continue to operate, with services available from our store, to both UK and overseas destinations. Please note that restrictions and delays may apply to certain destinations.  

AUCTION LOGISTICS 

Currently all the Auction Houses we deal with are fully open for collection and therefore we are able to collect and pack your lots as normal. 

All our parcels are automatically covered up to £100 against loss or damage in transit.  If required, we can arrange additional loss or damage cover up to the full purchase price (including fees). Please ask us for a quote. 

 PCR COVID TESTS

We are continuing to operate as a drop off service for tests sent via DX to the testing laboratories (principally Randox.) 

To use this service you must book in a collection via the DX website prior to your visit and ensure you have a DX shipping label. 

If you do not have a DX shipping label, you will have to purchase one from us at a cost of £10.00 each. 

*Please note we cannot send packages with DX if there is no label*
