COVID 19 - CUSTOMER UPDATE EFFECTIVE 4th JANUARY 2021
In line with current Government restrictions, we can offer the following services.
We will be opening on a weekday basis from 09.00 to 15.00 for the following:
MAILBOX CUSTOMERS
Mail and Courier deliveries are still being received and customers can collect these during opening times. 24-hour access is still available by using your key fob.
For those who are unable to collect their mail, we will be offering a mail forwarding service.
COURIER SERVICES
Courier services (FedEx, UPS, DHL, Parcelforce Worldwide & TNT) continue to operate, with services available from our store, to both UK and overseas destinations. Please note that restrictions and delays may apply to certain destinations.
AUCTION LOGISTICS
We will continue to liaise with Auction Houses, re the collection and packing of your lots. Please contact us for updates.
All our parcels are automatically are covered up to £100 against loss or damage in transit. If required, we can arrange additional loss or damage cover up to the full purchase price (including fees). Please ask us for a quote.
PRINT & COPY
We are able to offer printing, binding and finishing services on a Click & Collect basis only. Simply email your files for printing with instructions and we will contact you when they are ready.
We are unable to offer photocopying/scanning services.
Please note, we are unable to offer access to our computers for personal usage.
Masks must be worn in-store at all times.
Customer and Staff Safety
The safety of our staff and customers are paramount, and therefore only 2 Customers will be allowed in the Store at the same time. Social Distancing rules must be observed at all times.
